By the way, in the letter of 15 August 1995 sent to GL, we proposed the values "302.6" and "0.000285' its the equation (21) above. However we are very sorry, but we have noticed that these were wrong. The "302.6" should be replaced by "298" which is the newest one of ISO standards. The "0.000285" should also be replaced by a true value "0.00285". Both have already been corrected in the newest draft by coordinator.
3. With regard to the last lane of paragraph 3.3.11.1 (b) in page 27 of the draft, it is stated like this;
"on-board adjustments or modifications to en engine within an Engine Group."
[Reason] It seems to be a mistake.
4. With regard to the paragraph 3.1.8 of page 13, some words should be deleted and inserted as follows;
"3.1.8 If the engine builder...on beard test, only if it can be fully demonstrated that the on-board test fully meets all the requirements of a shop test. This survey will be accepted for one engine and it will not be accepted as an engine family and group type certificate."
[Reasoni] Because it seems to be unrealistic to keep same extent of accuracy in measuring both on board and on test bed, the application of family and group concept which involve the realasization of inspection should be restricted to the cases that NOx measuring was carried out on test bed where we can expect higher accuracy.
